this is a page for you to give all the information that could make your experience unforgettable! We are also here for everything you need. Welcome to your “second home” in Sicily

Important information

• at your arrival: please pay the cleaning cost ( €150 by cash) and the tourist tax (by cash, we send the quote before, it depends from the number of guest anche the night of your staying)
• swimming pool: don’t eat inside it, take care to kids and old guests, have a shower before go inside and don’t use solar oil. You will find pool towels for each of you.
• energy panel: we’ll show you where you could reactivate the energy. It depends to the energy company that in summer, some times, give different levels of energy and our safety energy panel block the flow of energy to make you safe.
• Separate waste collection service: I’ll prepare for you, your weekly plan, to make your experience less boring that it is…sorry but we need to separate the rubbish in the right way , otherwise they’ll fine us 🙁
• Antique furniture and piano: inside the house you will find a piano, please don’t play it in the night and take care of it (it’s not for kids), please take care to don’t put on wood furnitures too hot or too cold object, they will get ruined.
• Animals: we don’t have animals, but sometimes, some cats go around, please don’t leave rubbish in outside spaces.
• Emergency number: 118 if you have an health emergency

Cities: Aci Castello e Aci Trezza (sea side cities with a Norman Castel, good ice cream “slurplandia”, restaurants and sea places), Catania (fish market, movida in the night, baroque & shopping via Etnea, etcc), Modica (chocolate city and Sicilian Baroque); Marzamemi (little city on wonderful sea…coolest cocktail from 6.00 p.m.), Syracuse (Greek theatre and archeological places), Ortigia (little city on the sea, nice place to visit), Taormina: cool, expensive, very nice. Palermo (wonderful, it needs time to reach it), Agrigento (archeological city and wonderful place)…al Sicily is rich of wonderful place.. too much to write, but you could ask me when you want.

• Wine tasting: we have a lots of wine cellars and vineyards, i could suggest yout the best experience it depends of your preferences.
